VOC monogram, tower privy mark, divided date without dot below (1753) / Crowned arms of Zeeland. 22mm, 2.71 grams. Krause 152.3

Beautiful error coin - the reverse (in addition to the normal coat of arms) has an additional concave impression of the VOC monogram from the obverse. This happened because of the modification of the reverse die, which clashed with the obverse of a coin, leaving a negative impression of the obverse on the reverse die.

Issued inthe Netherlands for circulation in the Dutch East Indies (modern In donesia).
