Horseman advancing right, holding a spear, letters "ΔE" below / Inscription in four lines "·TSAR· / I KNYAZ / VELIKIY / IVAN" ("Tsar and Grand Duke Ivan"). 8mmx11mm, 0.30 grams. Moscow mint. Grishin #63; Russian Wire Coins #63.
This a small denga (1/2 kopek), giving Ivan the title of a "Tsar" - this is a rare variety with dots around the first line of the inscription. The coin was minted in Moscow after 1547, after Ivan assumed the title of a Tsar.
