Coins of the short lived Sultan Bayazid are all rare.
Shihab ud-Din Bayazid Shah was a short-reigning ruler of the Bengal Sultanate and a son of Ghiyasuddin Azam Shah. He came to the throne around 1412–1413 during a period of instability following his father’s death, but his authority was weak and challenged by powerful regional elites. His brief reign lasted only about a year before he was overthrown amid internal disorder, paving the way for the rise of the Hindu noble Raja Ganesha, who soon took control of Bengal’s politics.
