Mint of Thessalonica. Dochev 12, DO 746-748.This type is unepigraphic, but there are clear inscriptions on the obverse of this coin, as well as the loros and the sceptre of an Emperor. This coin was overstruck on a mis-struck plunchet of a different type. Very unusual and rare.
