This is a very unusual Zhu Bai Wu Zhu - it is small and thin, cast from a filed-down normal Zhi Bai Wu Zhu coin. It is probably a local issue of sorts, dating to the late Shu Kingdom or perhaps to the later period altogether. Very unusual, not listed in Hartill or Gratzer/Fishman.
