The Wei was often referred to as Liang after its capital city, Daliang (modern Kaifeng), especially in later historical sources and on some coinage. One of the seven major states of the Warring States period, Wei was initially a powerful and innovative kingdom that pioneered administrative and military reforms. However, repeated defeats by rival states, particularly Qin, gradually weakened its position. In 225 BC, the state was conquered by the Qin State during the campaigns that led to the unification of China under the Qin dynasty.

Unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic.
