Rare ruler.

Heliokles II (c. 95–80 BCE) was an Indo-Greek king who ruled in the eastern Punjab and Gandhāra during the period of increasing Indo-Scythian expansion. His bilingual silver coinage commonly depicts a diademed royal portrait on the obverse and Zeus holding a sceptre and thunderbolt on the reverse. His precise dynastic relationships remain uncertain, although his coinage links him stylistically with the later Indo-Greek rulers of the Punjab.
