If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return full or partial order in the same condition as received (without any cleaning or alteration). To initiate the return, please please contact our customer services sales@ancientcoins.ca. Your order must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us nor do we assume responsibility for the loss in the mail.
We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees and will refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We can provide store credit for the amount of the original purchase. Please contact us at sales@ancientcoins.ca with the SKUs or links to the replacement items you wish to receive and we will reply with the confirmation.
Q: I received a wrong item. Can I obtain a free refund?
A: If you received a wrong item we will cover the cost of the return shipping and will pay for shipping of the correct or replacement item.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Please allow up to 2 days for your return to be processed after the item(s) are received. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.

If you have already placed your order please include the details of your order and details of your inquiry. We will try to respond as soon as possible (usually the same day, weekends excluded).
