Mint of Hadrat Delhi (?). "The Coins of the Indian Sultanates" D157.

Mint is off-flan, but it is probably Hadrat Delhi (it is the only known mint to have issued tankas in 670 AH).

Ghiyas ud din Balban (reigned 1266–1287) was one of the strongest rulers of the Delhi Sultanate and played a major role in consolidating Muslim rule in northern India. Originally a Turkic slave who rose through the ranks of the Mamluk dynasty, Balban became sultan after serving as a powerful noble and regent. He strengthened the monarchy through strict discipline, harsh justice, and suppression of rebellious nobles and regional chiefs. Balban also reorganized the army and fortified the northwest frontier against Mongol invasions. He promoted the idea of the sultan as a divinely appointed ruler, increasing royal authority and court ceremony. His strong centralized rule helped stabilize the Delhi Sultanate during a difficult period of internal conflict and external threats.
