Very rare type, high quality for the type. The metal is actual silver, not billon (it is toned, but at some point you can see that the metal is white silver). A note from Steve Album about this type "This is a new type for me, and I have added it to the 4th edition of the Checklist as type A-2156S, and tentatively marked it as RR (or should it be RRR?). Also, I have called the coin "BI jital" rather than "dirham", as it appears in this illustration to be relatively low silver-content (if any at all)."
