Head of Herakles right wearing lionskin headdress / BAΣIΛEΩΣ between bow and club, race torch below, round countermark with Lion's head (Lysimachos?) and a smaller square punch inside it. SNG Cop 1113; Weber 2185.

Interesting type, issued after Demetrius was forced from Macedon by a rebellion supported by the alliance of Lysimachus and Pyrrhus, who divided the Kingdom between them. The small countermark on the reverse, found on this type, is probably a reference to Lysimachos.
