These coins were made under the very late Zhou dynasty - they are local issues, of fine quality and might belong either to the late "Warring States" period or the early Qin period. All these coins are quite rare!

It emerged as one of the dominant superpowers of the Seven Warring States by the 3rd century BC and eventually united China under its rule in 221 BC, after which it is referred to as the Qin Dynasty.
