Horseman right, holding standard, corrupt Nagari legend: SRI MA-DA / Bull facing left, corrupt Nagari legend above: MADHAVA-SRI SAMANTA DEVA. Decent silver, 15mm, 3.16 grams. Mint of Delhi, Tye #53.

Rare! Struck by an uncertain dynast, probably around Lahore. This type might have been struck immediately before the conquest of the area by the Ghorids, or in the troubled times when the area was controlled by the Delhi Sultanate.
