Anonymous issue. Shahada / Mint name within a center square, date around (771 AH = 1369 AD). 28mm, 4.0 grams. Damaghan mint. Mitchiner 1878-1880.
Amir Walid captured the Damaghan region from the Sarbedarids and remained the ruler of the region even after the area was captured by Tamerlane in 1381. He was finally removed from office by Tamerland in 1392 AD.
