High quality small barbarous CONSTANTINOPOLIS imitation, ca.330-340 AD, German find

CONSTANTINOPOLIS, Constantinopolis facing left / Victory standing left on a prow of a ship, holding scepter, no mintmark (?). Superb for these, a very attractive small coin. 13mm, 0.80 grams. Found in Germany. Fascinating little coin, one of the most interesting barbarics of this type I've handled. The miniature dies are well-made - if the coin was of normal size and weight it would have probably passed for an official issue. The coin is tiny, though, measuring only 13mm in diameter and 0.8 grams in weight.
